4.3 Other Promotions

Bonus offers are valid for one use only (per person / family / address / IP).
Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

tk9071 reserves the right to immediately close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

Failure to complete identity verification.
Suspicious financial activity.

7.3 Return of Legitimate Funds

In the event of account closure where no rule violation has occurred, any remaining legitimate funds will be returned to the original payment method. Bonus funds are non-refundable.
